The key to the quality of this salsa and why it is so worth purchasing fresh, is how we handle the tomatoes. We do not just take a bunch of tomatoes, smash them up and throw them in a bowl. No way Senor! Senorita would not be pleased! We hand select our tomatoes and then peel and remove the seeds. This leaves only the best part of the tomato – the meat as part of our salsa. This makes sure that tomato is not the overpowering ingredient in our salsa. It is just one of many, superbly blended in a masterful combination with onions, bell peppers, cilantro, and chili peppers.
Ingredients : tomato, bell pepper, onion, coriander, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, lots of chili peppers, jalapenos.
