Some like it mild, some like it spicy, and some like it hotter than hell! Which do you prefer?
The key to the quality of this salsa and why it is so worth purchasing fresh, is how we handle the tomatoes. We do not just take a bunch of tomatoes, smash them up and throw them in a bowl. No way Senor! Senorita would not be pleased! We hand select our tomatoes and then peel and remove the seeds. This leaves only the best part of the tomato – the meat as part of our salsa. This makes sure that tomato is not the overpowering ingredient in our salsa. It is just one of many, superbly blended in a masterful combination with onions, bell peppers, cilantro, and chili peppers.
Ingredients : tomato, bell pepper, onion, coriander, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, chili peppers, jalapenos.
